Creating of Stuff for Corporate Identity

We deliver our logo, see attachment. The logo will be delivers in 4 colour and in black and white. We want you to create several things that we want to print: (We want to use the logo with round Corners and preferably with white Background, without the RUHR-text in the logo but with "CDU-Fraktion im RVR" below it. If "CDU-Fraktion im RVR" cannot be printed below, we wannt to have "RUHR" in the logo.) 1. a letterhead 2. a business Card 3. a notepad (sheet of paper to take notes on) 4. a display (a roll up) We will work on the project step by step from 1 to 4. For each step we will deliver the dimensions of the object to be printed. We need a file for printing in the end (high Resolution, pdf). Details: 1 LETTER HEAD We want two different designs to be created. We will only use one in the end but we have People who need to decide between two Option. We will deliver a letter on plain paper in MS Word (.doc) and (.pdf). This letter should be printed on the paper desgin. Your letterhead would be the background for the letter. The document shall be A4 but you have to deliver A4 plus 2mm on each side. We need the 2mm bleed for printing. Option A You create a letterhead. You take the logo we deliver ever in grey box or in white box. We don't like the Ecru-Version. Surprise us. Option B We will send you an existing design. You create the letterhead due to the scan of this design. Instead of the logo in the document delivered you use our logo. FOR OPTION A AND B we ALWAYS want a black-and-white version. This means after creating the design you take the black-and-white version of our logo an deliver a modifed black-and-white version which is easy printable with black and white printers. This is only necessary for the letter head. 2 BUSINESS CARD We will deliver the dimnesion including 2mm bleed on each side. OPTION A You create something that fit to OPTION A from letter head. OPTION B We deliver an existing design. Your are more free than with the letterhead OPTION B but it should be a bit similear. 3 NOTEPAD We deliver the design of a sheet of paper for a notepad. We want to print notepads. The design should fit to OPTION A and OPTION B. This time we have no example for OPTION B. It has to fit to the existing OPTION B-versions for letter head and business Card. 4 DISPLAY We deliver the dimensions and you deliver a suggestion for design due to OPTION A and OPTION b. We suggest the following payments and Milestones 1) TIPP from contract before: 10 €. 2) LETTER HEAD: 10 € 3) BUSINESS CARD: 5 €. 4) NOTEPAD SHEET: 10 €. 5) DISPLAY: 10 €. sum: 45 €.
