Banner Logo for Soccer Program - Photoshop

Hello VWorkers, We have a new website under beta that requires creation on a new banner display that will be 980 pixels wide and 150 pixels in height. Please see the current banner attached and titled "[login to view URL]" for an idea on the the theme we would like to keep. Also attached is our latest? logo titled "[login to view URL]"which will be integrated in the new project with a color scheme? that matches the RED color in the shield.? We need: 1) For the logo shield to placed on the left? side of the banner and have some sort? re-positioning of the face slightly toward the center on the banner. 2) We need for the text? "Bringing the Game of Soccer to the YOUTH OF THE MIDWEST" to stand out somewhere in the center of the banner. 3)? We need? a few images of youth soccer players/players both Boys and Girls? to appear with some opacity from the middle of the banner and? on the? right side of the banner. We would like to? have 2-3 different proofs of the banner? before final approval and would request working copies of all final Photoshop PSD files. We are very easy to work with and this should be an easy project for you talented Photoshop gurus.
