Create a short report about stopping smoking. The following sections are required. 1.) The benefits of stopping smoking. 2.) Understanding you smoking habit 3.) How smoking affects the way you look 4.) Cancer facts and figures 5.) List of famous people who have died through smoking related illness. 6.) What chemicals are in a cigeret. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. How smoking affects the way you look How smoking affects your looks, and what will happened when you stop. (approx 1 page) 4.) Cancer facts and figures How many people die each year, how many each day, week, month, and what this is in comparison to. For example if there are 20000 people die each month then that is like an average size football stadium. What it's like to have die from cancer. What it's like for your family to watch you have cancer. (1-2 pages) 5.) List of famous people who have died through smoking related illness. A list of the top 15 famous people, old and recent who have died from smoking related illness. (1 page) 6.) The top 5 questions to ask a stop smoking consultant. The types of questions someone should ask to ensure they get a good service off a stop smoking consultant or before they try a programme. (1 page) 7.) The cost of smoking. A matrix of how much you spend if you smoke 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 40 a day over 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 years. Compare this with how much you would have saved it this money had been compounded at 10% pa over the same time periods with a few example of what you could have bought instead. (1 page) The report will be distributed in pdf but delivered in Word format. Your bid should also include the cost of designing a high quality front cover.
