Design an A4 flyer

Hi The company I work for E-LIFE are sponsoring an event in September, were one of the 15 sponsors and guests will take away our flyer as well as those from other sponsors, at the end ofthe event in a goody bag. We are a home automation company and I've got some clear ideas on what were looking to do. Were thinking of doing a flyer were one side looks exactly like the latest i-pad (alot of the systems we do allows homeowners to control their lights, heating, TV channels, security camera's, gate entry etc. etc. from their ipad). The icons will illustrate this. On the other side will be text, but it needs some careful though as to how to make this look interesting and off putting. IF you imagine one side of A4 text it can look a little drab, so need some input on how to avoid such a situation. We will provide the text.
