Design a Brochure

I'm looking for for a simple brochure. The company is a Real Estate Appraisal company. I would like some pictures placed within the brochure to make it stand out. I'm attaching a PDF of a brochure that I started on Vista Print, but I do not like it. It looks cheap. I need something that looks more professional. I'm attaching my logo in png and jpeg format. I need my logo incorporated into the first page of the brochure. I'm okay with a tri-fold brochure or a front and back brochure that is roughly 6 or 7 inches tall and 2-3 inches wide. Standard size for a brochure. I need my company colors (blue and green) incorporated. See my website at [login to view URL] for exact colors. I think white or light gray will accent the blue and green quite well. Possibly even a black as a background. Again, I want professional looking. I need to be able to edit the content in the brochure. The attached sample of the brochure I started is essentially the content that will transfer to the brochure you created. I need this back in less than two days to give me time to review, approve and take to printing. Whatever format you send me the final product, it must be loadable to FedEx office's site for printing. If you can send me just the template and allow for me to add content that is ideal. That will save you time as well.
