Cocktail Recipe Brochure

We're looking to design a brochure where we can provide some cocktail recipes. The brochure will be 8.5 inches x 11 inches and will be in "landscape" and folded once. That is, it will be the size of an ordinary sheet of paper with a landscape orientation and folded once in the center. This is how we want the brochure designed. On the cover page, there should be room for our logo which we will send to you and it should say "Cocktail Guide" in large font and "Fall/Winter 2012" in small font. The font on this page will be Trajan Pro. For the remainder of the brochure, we will use "Lato" font. On the first page, we want the top of the page to have a "cocktail glass" logo and we will write a small paragraph about who we are and what inspired the cocktails in the brochure. On the bottom half of the first page, we will have a heading that says "Vodka" and then have three cocktails recipes listed below. Each recipe should be surrounded by a box. On the top half of the second page, we will have the same thing, except the heading will say "Whiskey". On the bottom half of the second page, we will have the same thing, except the heading will say "Gin". On the top half of the back cover, we will have the same thing, except it will say "Rum". On the bottom half of the back cover, we will have the same thing, except it will say "Tequila and Mezcal" This is a very easy brochure to design. We're looking for help to make it look nice. We want to make sure that the cover page looks really nice, and has an attractive border. Similarly, we want to make sure that each recipe box looks nice and has an attractive border. If you are able to do this, please submit a sample of the work I have requested above. Once we find one we like, we will hire the person and provide comments.
