Banner ad re-do

My client needs a banner ad and has created his own, which is terrible (see file attached). However, the basics are complete. Here's the assignment:

- Use the existing image and text to create a new banner ad. I will get you a new (better) source file for the image

- Set appropriate animation speed

- Improve typography

- Clean up image

- Optimize file size

- MUST be gif format, no Flash
