Create an 2D Animation (create 2D grid sprite sheets for animation)

I need the designer to create a grid for animations, I think it´s called sprite sheets. Each grid should be 125x125px size. Even knowing that it´s a small size I´ll need smooth moves and good graphics. The designer will design 4 players for my game. All of them will have an animation for: - Idle - Jump - Attacking - Magic ( from 1 to 4 ) The designer will need to create the magic effects too He/she can use previous works or images for those magics He/she will have the freedom to develop the players as he likes, I will just say some basic guidelines like for this 4 players for example: - Create a blue female elf ( ice stylish ) - Create a mage ( fire stylish ) - Create an warlock - Create an orc with a sword that seems to move fast
