I am currently writing a grant application for the Cesar Chavez Foundation for Federal money and I have many templates for this. I would also love to help because I come from a farming background and am currently involved with agriculture development. My first business after my MBA became a $2million company based in New York. I started with a $100 website and an eBay store. I have a 20 year track record as a serial entrepreneur and I am an Olympian also - I represented Ireland in the Athens Olympic Games. More recently, by way of example, my client won €25,000 funding for a dance company from a funder whose remit was "export manufacturing" businesses! My vast experience at developing winning grant applications and business plans has taught me that the approach we take is vital. This is why the first milestone is after our initial skype discussion about the plan. I also think that translating your - the business visionaries - ideas into the substance and depth of the plan is essential because you are the one that will have to sell it! My business plans for funding, whether venture capital or bank finance, generally include a detailed 3-5 year cash flow analysis. I have a very effective model for this but it is not included in this bid unless a specific milestone is there for it. This financial analysis is a very big task that would require me to work very closely with you.
