It is to 2 way auto-sync for google sheets and google calendar instantly. The google sheets will be in the format of the screenshot and the dates will on the calendar will be booked accordingly. So Kamar 8-12 are names of the room whereas the left column are the dates that the room is booked when the cell is empty.
