Direct COPY of Dynamic Flash/XML portfolio/gallery/bio

Here's the link to the site design that I'd like to copy exactly (or as closely as possible): [login to view URL] - as you can see, it's a very clean, white template that's pretty straightforward in how it works (no complicated animations, etc.). Hi freelancers, I'm looking for someone to design a dynamic portfolio for me that has a flash front-end but uses data from external xml files to populate content. My current portfolio is setup this way and I very much like the flexibility offered by only having to update XML content without having to make changes to the flash design itself. I'm looking for something fairly straightforward and simple as far as the actual design goes - actually, I'm really hoping someone can just re-create a portfolio I found online and make this as close as possible to it (yes, I'm aware that it's not original or creative). I know a lot more about XML than I do about Flash, which is why I would prefer if the back-end were updatable via xml pages/content. However, if this isn't possible (again, since I don't know as much about flash as I do about xml I'm not sure if this can be achieved) I would at least like the design itself to be easy to edit from within flash (in other words, making symbols and buttons that can easily be changed and re-arranged/ordered if necessary based on changes that I may need to make. I'm really looking for someone who can design something AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE to the link I provided above...again, I'd really like to mimic how that portfolio is designed and layed out as closely as possible - I am NOT looking for fresh designs or complicated animations and scripts (in a way, this should make the project much easier since I've provided an already working demo of exactly what it is that I want). Everything from the design to how the data is arranged, as well as whatever is used to optimize the flash file's size on the page (I use something like this on my currect site now that will automatically make the flash fill the screen, no matter the viewers' resolutions).
