Design Website

We need a design for our website. [login to view URL] We have plenty of pics. What we need is a "simple to use" CMS where we can upload new pics and products descriptions etc. We need to be able to embed videos too. The site will have multiple categories linking to our ecommerce site ([login to view URL]) from there customers can purchase products. Some PSD work will be necessarily and we would like some flash as well. Must be SE friendly and easy to make changes for people with limited technical knowledge. Justify why you recommend certain CMS products over others, show me some examples of sites you have created using the CMS you recommend to me. Have a look at these links.
