I would like a simple website created that I could then modify, add pages, etc. Right now the site is set up for Adsense revenue generation. See [login to view URL] I don’t want to lose the underlying pages, but the main purpose of the site is to support the sale of home business, make money, and investment programs.
For this initial development, I would like the following pages created based on my text:
- Home page
- Blog page using WordPress
- Long form sales page
- Short form sales page
- Landing page
- Contact Form
- About
- FAQ
- Terms of Use
- Privacy Policy
These have to tie in with the existing Articles and Links pages.
Development will involve custom buttons (I like to use a lot of words in each button), a simple, quick Flash header for the home page only, a standard footer on every page, and tying into an autoresponder (SendStudio or ??)
Other sites that I would like to model, more or less, include:

As you’ll see, I have a logo that I kind of like (see the current site), and a good idea of the home page layout (mockup in the attached JPEG). I’ll provide the full text in Word to the winning bidder.
I want to be able to make basic changes myself after the site is finished: add pages (with new buttons or as ‘hidden’ landing pages), change text on home page, elsewhere, etc. I know Photoshop and would like to maintain the site using Dreamweaver(?) or whatever you suggest to me as the best better alternative. I already have hosting that I’m happy with, so I am not interested in any hosting.
I would like this done quickly! Do you have time to do it in the next few days? Full payment immediately after completed site is uploaded, tested, and working.
From other simple site projects I've seen here, I think this can be done for less than $100, but I'm setting the budget higher $100-300. I'm also paying for the Featured listing, so you don't have to pay any commission on the work. So, I'm expecting the winning bid will be at or very near the low end $100. If you have additional value-added services (e.g., maintenance, SEO, web promotion, etc.) that are included in your bid, please spell them out clearly.
Please provide bid, timing, examples of past work, references, and, as appropriate, what other value-added services you are including within this project bid.
