AAC encoder/decoder for Flash

We need to encode/decode AAC audio inside Flash.

The project is very similar to Ogg Vorbis encoder/decoder already written for Flash, available on Adobe Alchemy Labs

Maximal length of input audio is 15 seconds. Encoding process should be as fast as possible, or delegated into pseudo-thread (broken down into multiple frames).
