I need help with a character and logo design for a small project.
The logo should be a crown for a king that can be used as a logo.
The character should be the king himself. The king needs to be drawn primarily as a welcoming figure on the front page.

But obviously, the overall design should be more suitable for a king compared to the princesses in the examples.
The work must be done in Flash with everything divided into suitable layers and the overall quality must be good. Good quality means that when you zoom into details, a circle should still be a circle and not som jagged edges.
We would need the king in a total of up to 8 different situations, and the crown from a few different angles and of different detail levels. The different situations would be the same king, but with a different posture / expressions and some things that show him in a different setting (a soccer ball, a car, etc).
No animation is necessary, except maybe a twinkle in the crown and other tiny details like that.
Please provide some form of documentation that you can deliver this in the required quality.
