Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Creating a weekly schedule for students and staff
-Flexibility with working in the evenings and some weekends
- Assist in customer, management, staff and student needs
- Screen telephone calls, answer questions as needed
- Excellent computer & communication proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel
- 2-4 years of Administrative Assistant experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
