How good are you guys at Excel?
We have the ability to export all client accounts to an excel sheet each quarter but from here we would need a custom Mail merge that would allow it to take that excel sheet and translate it to customer statements.
If it were a simple one account per person I can do that mail merge no problem, but some clients may have 1-6 accounts. Each client has an identifying client #, but the spouse would have a separate one. I know it can be done, but it is beyond my realm

Definitely can be done, but it will require a macro-enabled workbook. That might be better as a separate file that read your account sheet as an input.
We will have to discuss how each "household" is identified, whether by address or what. This is something we should do BEFORE going to contract. If there is no reliable link it might not be possible, and we can save the costs of starting a project that goes nowhere. Please see the attached note.

Nice project that can be done easily without the mail merge.
I can create specific VBA code that process these statements in the way you described.
If needed, I can even add code that will save/mail these statements automatically, probably at a lower cost than proposed.
