Customer Client Statements from Excel Spreadsheet

How good are you guys at Excel? We have the ability to export all client accounts to an excel sheet each quarter but from here we would need a custom Mail merge that would allow it to take that excel sheet and translate it to customer statements. If it were a simple one account per person I can do that mail merge no problem, but some clients may have 1-6 accounts. Each client has an identifying client #, but the spouse would have a separate one.
