I have some work, in an Excel spreadsheet. Goal: To create a conditional spreadsheet that modifies the rating of other fills to show linkage and impact.
Details:
Attached is a spreadsheet with a X and Y pivots
The X row has the following information
Risk Management which has a rating from 1 to 5
Schedule Adherence which has a rating from 1 to 3
Decision Management which has a rating from 1 to 3
Operational Efficiency which has a rating from 1 to 3
Cost Management which has a rating from 1 to 3
The Y column has the following information
Milestone A
Milestone B
Milestone C
Milestone D
Milestone E
I need you to develop the algorithm that changes specific areas of the graph to red, yellow and green based on inputs to the above X row per Y column.
For example,
If Risk Management for Milestone A = risk level of 5
Schedule Adherence for milestone A = 3
Cost Management for Milestone A = 3
***(each number is aligned with a color red, yellow, green)
Now, if an user wants to change the X row for the same milestone A, for example
Operational Efficiency has been changed to 3
Risk Management will be reduced by 1 point but not less than its minimum value
Schedule Adherence will be reduced by 1 point but not less than its minimum value
Decision Management is not affected by Operational efficiency
Cost Management will be reduced by 1 point but not less than its minimum value
