Check translated text / translate text from English into Bengali

I have an Excel file attached with English text in the top row for which the translation needs to be checked and for some phrases a translation needs to be given. The Excel file has the following content:
- 248 countries (translated - need double checking and eventual correction)
- 6 words (translated - need double checking and eventual correction)
- one paragraph 103 words (to be translated)
- one paragraph 59 words (to be translated)
- two phrases 2 words (to be translated)
- one phrase 3 words (to be translated)
- one phrase 4 words (to be translated)
- one phrase 7 words (to be translated)
Your job is:
- delete all the language rows from the attached Excel file that do not concern you
- proof read and correct the translations for the 248 country names and the 6 words
- create translations for the remaining paragraphs / phrases and fill in the blanks
