Dear, first your project can't be done manually (240k records) else it will cost a huge amount of money + low accuracy + a long delay. I coded a VBA macro which uses the Google maps API. I can adapt the code to get the distance estimation between two places using the lat/lon data. We will get 100% accuracy. The only problem here is that Google have a maximum limit for query per day (in the case of normal account like in my case) and an unlimited query limit for premier users. We can discuss and even if we will not work together, don't trust these low bids I m seeing here, they didn't even read the project description. Thanks

I am an expert in Google Maps API and I can get the time and distance for each lat/lng from till lat/lng to location. What I will do is that I will take your excel file and upload the lat/lng files onto a database. This will give me all your points online. Once I have all the points then I will simply run a loop to go through each point and get the time and distance for each point. This will not only make the process quicker but also remove any errors that occur from doing this procedure manually. Once all the calculations for all the points are completed I will convert the result back into the excel file to return it to you. Google Maps Directions api has its limits for number of direction requests per day but I have plenty of people working for me so that will also not be a problem.
