Cafe List Database Creation - Melbourne, Australia

We need a comprehensive list of ALL 'active' Melbourne (Melbourne, Australia) and Victoria (state) Cafes on an Excel Spreadsheet with the following information: Name of store, Suburb, Post Code, Store phone number, Email ID, Website, Name of manager/owner, Manager's mobile. Please ensure you cleanse the spreadsheet for "double" entries, duplicates, or those that are NOT likely to be cafes or in business currently. The information we need already exists - however we need it to be entered into a spreadsheet in the format above. Please use these 2 resources: 1) Yellow Pages Cafes in Victoria: [login to view URL] - This will contain EVERY Cafe in Victoria. Please record each entry. 2) Melbourne Cafes: [login to view URL] - Please enter data from EACH of "Melbourne suburbs" AND "Main streets". If there is duplication, you can delete later. Ensure the final document has a list of ALL Cafes in Victoria from the 2 sources above. It should contain no error, no duplicates and no missing information (i.e there HAS to be at least a phone number for every Cafe. If there is no phone number, please research on the internet. If you cannot find it, do not include it). Please also verify if they are actually cafes or restaurants. We want to record cafes that are likely to have cookies & cakes. DO NOT include business that are no longer in operation. If you can search for manager/owner contact details (if available), that will be a bonus.
