Android shopping cart reading from excel database

I am looking for somebody to develop me a shopping cart that reads products from an excel spreadsheet onto a list . Users must be able to press a button to add/ remove quantity. The total must be displayed at the button so when users click a button the record of a purchase gets recorded in another table.
