Hi I need to develop a couple of excel formulas related to dividend distribution and IRR calculations. I start of with a projected cash flow from a project. Based on the CF I want to distribute dividends under two conditions: a) keep a minimum cash level at all times and b) increase this minimum cash level if my expected monthly cost over the next three months exceeds the minimum cash level established under a). From there on I want to calculate investor IRR. After having determined the investor IRR I want to charge a performance fee for any return over a certain threshold with a toggle that lets me switch on/off the "catch-up" function. After this I want to calculate the investor IRR net of the performance fee. I have put together a small spreadsheet which shows what I need and should be quite self explanatory.
