We are currently needing a customer service agent with Danish language for our client in Sofia, Bulgaria. Permanent, ON-SITE position. Main responsibilities: - Receive and resolve issues abour a software product - Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner - Project a professional company image through phone, chat and email interaction - Provide customers with product and service information - Prioritize tasks and to involve other teams when needed by following the escalation procedures. When starting, you will receive a training for carrying out the tasks of the job.
