Design reusable, collapsible coffee cup

I'm looking for someone who can professionally research and design a collapsible, reusable coffee cup.
The materials used should be as sustainable as possible, so either biodegradable or at least easily recyclable.
The cup needs to come with a lid that allows for drinking, but which can also be closed (and ideally is leak-proof). After use, the cup should be able to be collapsed, so it doesn't take up a lot of space.
Please keep in mind that the cup should be designed in a way that allows for easy drinking and handling without spilling or burning hands when holding.
I've attached a few images of design styles that I like (titled 'yes') and don't like (titled 'no'). Please note that these images are only for reference of the overall style, and not about the functions and features of the cup.
If you've got experience in similar product design areas that would be great! Ideally I'm looking for someone to work with long-term, or at least communicate with every now and then, depending on how the project goes.
Please also let me know how long you think this will take, how time-consuming the project is, and what detailed steps are involved for you. I would like to agree on a project price prior to starting.
