Architectural Properties Design

I need a good property architect individual or group to design a couple of properties that will be based in the US. I have a couple of properties they range from retail center, farmers market, luxury home, condo, small sports centre, restaurant, and Business Park. I would like someone that could provide the standard services of: o Concept Design o Elevation Design o Floor Plan Design o 2D Technical Design o Construction/Blue Print Plans o Curtain Wall/Building Exterior Façade Design I various budgets for each property. I need someone to start ASAP and design the properties as accord to my specifications. I require the individual or group you must be able to design multiple properties at once on a deadline. I am not up to paying advances or using getafreelancer escrow but I don’t mind paying milestones payments once work is started. That can be discussed. If I contact work must start the next day I don’t want to waste 2-3 days on discussion lets agree on rate and get going on work. If you bid please provide me with samples of your design work.
