Dial Up / VPN Dialer Manager

The scope of the project is a program that will be able to initiate dialing of connections that are in the connection manager. The program will be able to: 1. specify a specific phone number for a connection 2. Specify a phone number for the connection. 3. Check that an internet connection has been established. If there is no internet connection, the program will disconnect and redial. 4. Monitor the status of the connection. Reconnect if the connection has dropped unexpectedly. 5. Disconnect the connection. 6. Capture and pass error messages. There are two acceptable ways to create dial up / connection that will be used: 1. Pre define the connections and have the program push the phone number and other paramters and dial. 2. Manage the creation of the connections on the fly. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Program can be written with any language that will work with c#. For example, you can write it in c++ compile it and then use it from c#. If for some reason you can create the program but can't create a way to use it from c#, please let us know. Program should be able to work on Windows XP. If you can make it work for Windows 7, that's even better - Just let us know.
