I am excellent high frequency transformers design, circuits design, multi-channel LED Drivers, Regulated power supplies design with universal input to DC output, Audio amplifier, drives design, Filters design for harmonic analysis and Power factor correction, SMPS, LED drivers, DC-DC, AC-DC converters design, PFC interleaved boost converter, Battery management system, Battery chargers, UPS design, sine wave Inverters, solar grid tie inverters, Solar battery chargers and street light systems design from few watts to KW range using Buck, Boost, and Buck –boost, Interleaved boost/buck, Fly back Push Pull and H-bridge inverters. I have work experience to design from few watts to KW range meeting all compliances like EMI/EMC and safety standards UL etc.

I have experience with step-up/step-down high-efficiency DCDC converter systems using SEPIC, flyback, CUK, Buck DC/DC converters, as well as isolated DC/DC converters in embedded applications up to 300Watts. High voltage designs (1500VDC), and galvanically isolated systems. Also designed multi-voltage, high-efficiency power systems for automotive use in embedded analyzers. I also have experience designing and embedding systems with environmental controls, and in sealed packaging I use Eagle CAD 6.5 for layout/capture, since it is the legal copy I have. If needed, enclosures, brackets and other mechanicals can be designed using AutoCAD (MDT for 3D development). I can provide assembled and tested boards for normal applications and can also provide panelized designs for SMD runs. I warranty the work for one year, provide one free upgrade pass to the initial test boards for production, and one upgrade during the lifetime of the product. If needed, block diagrams and documentation packages can be prepared for certifications like CE, which I have passed in previous projects. I have recently completed DC/DC miniarture converter designs for 4~26 Vin, three-output, 10W and 20W at >95% efficiency. I can send photos if you would like to see.

Hey, I would be providing you with the list of components as well as simulation results for the selected IC's. Since i was in the same situation with the DC DC converter i would guess that you are looking for a low cost solution with high efficiency which i believe i can provide. Also i would be using the components which can be easily collected as samples and cost low in the end. This cost includes the lifetime maintenance cost.
