I have over 35 years experience as an electronic design engineer, please see my profile for more details I believe I could easily implement your requirement using the parts you have suggested I would provide the following milestones:- 1. Circuit diagram as a pdf 2. Items list fully costed using distributers part numbers as an excel spread sheet. 3. Custom PC layout with assembly as pdf for approval. 4. Gerber files for PCB layout 5. A small number of pre-production units assembled and tested I estimate the following price and timescale for each milestone Items 1 and 2 would be £100 and take 2 days Item 3 and 4 would be £100 take another 3 days Item 6 would be approximately £125 for PCB fabrication of 6 blank boards, the parts would probably be around £25 for each board and assembly another £40 per board. For my time to arrange assembly, buy, and kit, I would require £75 This would take about 4 weeks.
