Hi, I have read the PDF project specification and have to firstly congratulate you on doing a good job of it. Thankyou. I have skills in PCB design, and manufacture, from design to prototype production. I use Altium Designer and completely familiar with their CAD processes. I also have the capacity to assembe prototypes if thats your wish, either with hand soldering or with reflow technlogies. It is not always practical to mount parts on both sides and still stay with a two layer PCB constraint set. However that depends on the density required of the design.
