Hi Marc,
I'm taking a chance at bidding since it appears that, so far, others are bidding way too high for this project. It's only 3100 words? But on one page? And it's been edited? I don't know how you fit that many words on one page ... but if it really is 3100 then that's pretty long for a synopsis. One page is not. Most agents want something more succinct. Can we pare it down to its basic elements?
I am a university-educated native English speaker. I have lots of experience outside of this site - writing, editing, teaching creative writing and doing manuscript consultations. I have consulted members of my writer's group on their synopses - but no - I have not written one. You can disqualify me now ... but even if I had - I wouldn't likely have examples for you because most authors don't want their freelancers/editors passing their work around ...
You can see my reviews on this site - I've edited some illustrated children's books. And, you can take a look at my portfolio. The most succinct piece I have is that very short blast about El Dia del Amigo - for publication. So, I can edit work down to its basics.
If you find someone more experienced - great! No worries, I understand. Gook luck with your book.
