Cookbook and Recipe Editing

Good morning, I am a former journalist and marketing specialist with more than fifteen years of experience writing, editing and proofreading. I focus on consistency and removing errors, as well as making sure the text is uncluttered and easy to understand. I ensure that work follows the style guide set by publishers. If you don't have a style guide the first thing I would do is work with you to create one, so that all recipes are presented in a consistent way.
