Delphi Extended MAPI project (1884501)

Currently, I've a third party application that sends to distribution lists using Outlook. I presume that this is done using extended MAPI. As Outlook is unstable and from experience, it can hang if large number of messages are generated, I want a coder to create an NT service that reads the messages stored in the Outbox of the MessageStore, and then send out the message using an Email DLL (with a send function) which I'll provide. The message that is sent out should be deleted from the Outbox. The NT service should have its own logging and an .ini file to define the email host. The requirement is still preliminary and subject to changes. Please submit your experience in MAPI and Delphi services. If possible, you can create a demo NT service that can read and delete emails from the outbox and generate a log. Thanks.
