Build a Database Navigation / Copy Tool

Build a Custom DB-Client with tab-views on the databases and tables on server. There will be several operations for managing Servers, DBs, Tables and data, including import/export, etc. There are exactly 27 points to cover, although most of it will be in future versions as discussed. Mockup will be provided along with detailed description of features. To get an idea of our skill-level and attention to details, I like to do a trial of the tool with just few of the points covered, before we commit to the full project. Please indicate your bid and how many feature points you will cover during the trial. I'm a Delphi developer myself so I may be highly involved in the coding, if need be. Must be robust, fast, snappy, command-line driven. Proper exception handling expected and code must be clean and well-organized. Connections to DB must be fast, including reading tables / schemas as needed. Caching is needed per DB, and reloading of schema upon change detection. It will connect to various DBs including MS-SQL, MySQL, DB2, Oracle, and SQL-Lite. Includes testing & bug-fixing I'm looking for strong experience and proven skill-set in developing a robust GUI apps. No amateurs please nor bid to make a quick buck. This is a long-term project and final price will be negotiated finalized, based on the quality of a trial (with few simple features).
