We have a legacy application that was written in Delphi 7. The Delphi programmer has since left our company and we would like to convert the application to C# so that it can be maintained and upgraded by our new developers. The conversion only needs to be a simple port of the code to C#. We do not require any modifications or performance improvements because they will be handled by our own developers. The Delphi project contains 414,000 lines of code. However you will find that a good portion of the code has been commented out during recent modifications. There are 36 .pas files and 21 .dfm files. I've attached the code if you want to see what you might be getting into.
