For the past years, I worked as a web researcher and email corresponding agent for 3 years, and virtual assistant for one one year at some private BPO companies. I have excellent experience in researching, data mining, data entry, managing extracted data in Google Spreadsheet, MS Excel, CRM and other related applications.
As a virtual assistant, my clients were real estate agents and private investors based in the US. Property searches, web scraping and lead generation are some of the many tasks I handled. I search for properties that meet the buying and selling criteria of my clients. Most of the time I visit FSBO (for sale by owners) websites, such as Zillow and Craigslist, County assessor websites, MLS and RPR, as well as websites like Intellius, white pages, yellow pages. Then, I input all information in a Google spreadsheet, excel sheet, Podio, Asana and other related applications/tools. I was also tasked to find some leads, pre-screen properties for sale, run comparables (CMA) of properties for sale and to submit bids on a government websites that handles houses that are foreclosure.
