ColdFusion Ecommerce Data Migration / Scraping

I would like to migrate from my existing eCommerce (ColdFusion) site to a new platform, but unfortunately don't have access to the database. I already have a new vendor, but for the new site to be successful, I need to be able to seed it with my existing products. For this project, we need a one time script written to scrape the existing site of all the product information and export to CSV which contains all of the product data. This should include the following: Product name Product sku/id Short Description Long Description Category / Sub Categories Manufacturer Price Sale Price Tax (or Tax Class) if applicable Image URL Attributes (colors, etc) A nice to have would be a collection of all the product photographs. We are looking forward to reading your proposals and understanding how you will go about collecting this data for us. We can work with you to define success metrics as we understand that our site isn't particularly straightforward and easy to scrape.
