Analyze some Data -- 2

Writing a project in Machine Learning I prefer the subject to be in E- Learning or Distance Learning 1st writing 2-3 pages for the Proposal 2nd writing 3-5 pages for the the proposal report Finally writing 6-8 pages for the final report So, the total is 6-8 pages in IEEE format I need to write up 2 pages for my proposal which the first step to write a paper for 6 - 8 pages in total. the topic or the main idea that I do have so far is that having a bunch number of e-Learing student like 5000 students and choose some features which they are already used in their system such as (Black Board) and apply some regression algorithms to predict for instance the final grade for them in terms of doing some implementations by some product Algorithms.
