Decoding IR Remote Control Protocols

I am looking for someone who knows all about Infrared remote control protocols. I have software that will collect IR remote control sequences for Air Conditioners, heaters, etc, and I am looking for someone to take this information and turn the data collection into an algorithm or protocol for that particular type of air conditioner, heater etc.

I will collect a large number of key presses for various modes (Heat, Cool, Dry/dehumidify, fan), fan settings (high, medium, low, auto) and temperatures (16C - 30C). For each key press, I will collect a series of timings for on and off times for the IR pulses. Your job is to take this information and work out the protocol for this particular device. This will be provided in the form of an XML file.

I am really looking for someone who can do these on an ongoing basis. There might be one this week, three next week, etc. Or there might be none for a few weeks. I am after a price per decode.

If you feel that you can do this, please let me know what experience you have had with IR.
