data entry - convert handwritten notes to typed up

Hi, I have about 832 handwritten pages of notes in 2 different hand written styles. I have scanned these notes, and need someone who is fast at reading MEDICAL ENGLISH to type these up in WORD format exactly as they appear in handwritten format. These notes are integrated with diagrams, so where there are diagrams you will need to use a screen capture program to cut and paste the diagram into WORD (does not have to be positioned, just pasted). There are several documents, some have 11 pages, some have 66 but in total there are 832 pages. They are scanned into pdf format. I have attached a sample jpeg of the worst handwriting, the other handwriting style is easier to read, also in the sample jpg attached, i have drawn around a typical diagram, so that we both have the same meaning of a diagram, so what you see outlined is what i would have expected you to have used a screen capture to copy and paste into word. your bid will be considered favourably if you can submit a typed up sample of the attached jpg.
