We represent the largest industry in the world, anticipated to double in size over the next several years. Our niche within this industry helps college fraternities and sororities overcome the ever challenging task of raising needed capital for their respective organization. Presently, we have opening on our team for an: Administrative assistant – Needs to be highly organized, efficient in MS Office, proficient on the telephone, and accessible via skype and the internet at all times during working hours. Compensation is very lucrative. And from my previous job, I handled various forms of work such as network and servers maintenance, marketing approach such as email blasts,fax brigade, phone marathon, and other related tasks during disaster. I am also assigned to compile our audio/video collections,thus, I am efficient in Ulead Video Studio,Sony Vegas, and Premiere Pro.I am very capable in project management,CRM, and also implemented office rules, procedures, communication documents,and office forms.
