Arranging and Confirming Expert Interviews (per interview basis)

I am looking to pay a flat fixed rate of exactly $X for each interview you arrange, and help to confirm with the interviewee and interviewer. Please confirm how much you want to do the following: The interview must take place for you to get paid, so it is not simply emailing people, it is getting there landline number where possible, if not there mobile, ringing them, speaking to them, building a rapour and then confirmining a time which is mutually agreable to them and the interviewer. I am interviewing cupcake business owners, and I have had my guy arrange a lot of interviews, but the people getting on skype to be interviewed are often a no show. So the reason for this freelance project, is to find some who is a people person, who is comfotable to call cupcake business shops and to ask for the owner (I have done this a few times, and takes just a few minutes) to be interviewed. They are usally very flattered, and when you refer them to the website [login to view URL] and the blog [login to view URL] and the book (see link to amazon on blog) they see this is a legitimate website about helping aspiring and existing cupcake owners succeed in there cupcake business, a lot of people say yes. Already 4 have been interviewed, and I need in december and January another 6 done minimum. If you are: 1. Possibly in your local area, and seeing them in person (I did this and its works very) Getting on the phone (skype etc or real phone) is definately a prerequisite and blanket emails are only effective to a certain degree. To summarise Im looking for someone to find people to contact who own cupcake bakeries and to schedule with them personally the time, then speak to one of my interviewers (Chris or Jack) and make sure the time is mutually beneficial. Even get them on a 3 way quick 5 minute call, so everyone has said hello, answer any questions to the interviewer that the interviewee may have etc, and a few hours prior to the interview follow up with the interviewer and interviewee so everyone is prepared and ready. Basically in addition to arranging the interview, a lot of hand holding and support to ensure the interview goes ahead at the agreed time, and that interviewer and interviewee are ready, particularly the interviewee as they maybe nervous, as no trust and relationship has been built yet, so your job is to ensure they are excited, pumped up, and most important there ready for the call etc etc.
