Hi, I'm a computer engineer doing my masters degree. My research area is data science and i'm proficient with machine learning, data mining. I know how to implement collaborative and content based filtering. But I have some questions regarding the project. Which programming language do you want your recommender system to be implemented? In this recommender system, are we going to recommend items to customers or are we going to recommend some decisions to the managers? Long time Java developer and currently working on my PhD in the field of recommender systems. In respect to my expertise, the publications stated in my profile should demonstrate my knowledge familiarity with the thema and the corresponding problems. I have full basic knowledge of recommender system using mahout. I have four year experience in core machine learning (classification, regression and clustering).
