Dear Hiring Manager, I am writing in response to your advertisement for a “Data Entry and Web Research -- 2 ”. After carefully reviewing the experience requirements of the job description, I feel that I am perfect for this job. I have done lots of data entry work such as inputting customer requests, inquire, tracking codes of products and price of products, scrap data from different types of web site, collect emails & enter them into excel, etc and so on. I also perform administrative duties including copying and faxing documents, transferring data, web research and reports to immediate supervisor. I have extensive knowledge of using MS programs such as Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Excel, data scraping and Word along with a number of other software and programs. I am 6+ yrs experience in data entry operator. I have completed lower level typing class. I have handled Cyprus,Sears,K-Mart,Tavant,P&G,Green coffee,US,UK and Australian clients. Dear John: I am a new freelancer looking for an opportunity to prove myself as a reliable and trustworthy employee. I have never done any data entry or web research projects here on freelancer.com, but I perform this types of tasks on daily basis, mainly for my own personal needs. I am a very detail-oriented and conscientious person, and hence, I would take great care of performing my duties accurately and effectively. I do have Skype, but I read that sharing other means of communication before awarding/accepting a project is a violation of the terms of services and that it could lead to the suspension of my account, so I am not comfortable with sharing my Skype id. Correct me if I am wrong or please suggest a solution. Also, I suggested a smaller weekly limit because I didn't want freelancer.com to automatically generate a higher milestone request, but I am available for up to 30 hr/week if needed.
