Hi, I need a MACRO that I will be able to use on any computer (so you may need to create a button) This excel file has TWO Tabs, the first tab is the raw data. This is the report I get when I download it and it will always remain the same. STEP 1 : There are two columns highlighted in BLUE Labelled SALE and SALE2. You need to to first add these columns together Step 2: The macro needs to add SALE and SALE 2 together and labelled it SALES and then delete all the other columns that are not green or your new variable called SALES Step 3: Then create a column called FLOW. to get the flow we divide SALES BY TIME (you need to create a formula that can handle this or USE =(E6/(VALUE(D6)*24)) Step 4: Add another column named feedback and use a (+) in green or (-) for anyone who is above the required flow or under it. (-) means under and (+) means the same or under Step 5: Use conditional formatting on the Sales (where the highest sales is highlighted in green) Step 6: Use conditional formatting on the FLOW where the highest flow is highlighted in green) Let me know if you need anymore advice .Need it for tonight

I am able to do this job with all the requirements you said, and i am able to do it fast. I have already made a lot of plans using VBA (macro) and even small "systems". And you have also gave one example of the plans that you are going to use (the model). So, this is not going to be difficult to do. Only one question. When you said "it will always remain the same", does it means that every time the columns number and its titles will not change? If this is true, then the work should be a little bit easier.
