Content Manager - Word Games -- 2

Fanatee ([login to view URL]), a casual games development studio, is looking for a content manager to help us develop, evaluate and maintain content for one of our games. We are looking for someone who loves trivia and general knowledge to create fun and engaging content (questions and answers) for our new word game. Candidates must be native english speakers. Tasks: - Development of trivia and word game puzzles in various subjects (geography, history, pop culture, sports, entertainment and more) - Organize content QA (Quality Assurance), and manage level balance, content quality and accuracy. - Manage content freelancers, evaluate effectiveness and quality of their work and provide constant feedback - Report progress and adapt work according to game's/ manager's needs Candidate Requirements: - Native English speaker with solid cultural knowledge of the United States and/or Canada and/or UK. - Interest in trivia and word games - e.g. crosswords - Ability to manage, work with and hire multiple freelancers. - Work independently and report progress to managers. - Be able to evaluate content related to various subjects. - Prior experience in managing content creators is desirable.
