Looking for an experienced bookkeeper/assistant account to help a busy CFO during the months of April and May with a possible extension to June. The work may involve: - processing customer and support invoice payments, credit and cancellations in Xero. - Matching transactions provided on an Excel spreadsheet to Xero and processing the required invoice cancellations and credits in Xero - Processing bank account reconciliations in Xero (across 4 accounts there may be over 200 of these per day). - entering supplier invoices. - Other adhoc requests that may arise. The hours you work may be flexible over multiple days in the week, however, 24 hour turnaround of tasks may be required at the beginning of each month. You must have a good english skills and have an ability understand work requirements quickly and work with little direction
