Automated Data Entry Excel

I am seeking an expert Excel user to do some VBA Macro work on my current excel document. The document is for a recruit agency. The concept takes public data from [login to view URL] and order it into columns in excel that can be reviewed. It is like a search engine. This will help us see how many ads are on seek by other recruitment agencies or private businesses I have attached an Example document. (Example only) If you go to [login to view URL] you can see they say "Keyword", "Choose Classification" then it is broken down into Sub-Classifications, then a "Enter Suburb, City or Region" I need the user to be able to choose a classification in A2, (i have done this with a simple list), then choose a Sub Classification in B2 (from A2's option) Refer to this link for all the classifications and sub classification. [login to view URL] Next the user needs to enter their area form the given list. Once the filters have been filled in (noting not all need to be filled in) the user presses the RUN SEARCH button and we get 3 sets of data from the search. 1) The Role Title 2) The Company Posting the Ad 3) Is it a Private Company or Recruitment Agency. ( See the list of agencies here - [login to view URL]) Please note this list does not include all of the recrutment agencies out there and i would like to add the list when need to. So, if the list could be in a separate sheet and the macro checks if the name is there. if it isnt it will say No and if the name is in the list it will say Yes. Then i have put a title called "Make-up" and this will have a count function counting how many of the results are recruitment agencies or private. All the information needed to create this output can be found on the search page, no need for the macro to go into each ad. I understand that was alot of information.
