**Overview**
Visualize's Constant Contact & master Outlook databases (aka D/B) are dirty. We have 2,757 "bad" emails within our Constant Contact D/B. We would like to update the email addresses, company name & business titles for as many of the 2,757 contacts in Constant Contact as possible.
In order to do so, we would like to locate each contact's updated contact information in LinkedIn. If we are already connected with a contact in LinkedIn, it will be as simple as reviewing a contact's updated company name, title & email in LinkedIn, & then correcting and recording this information in our master D/B, Outlook.
If we are not already connected with a contact in LinkedIn, but they are a member of LinkedIn, we will need to request that they add us to their network via a personalized canned message from our LinkedIn account. Any personal messages (beyond the updated contact information) should be forwarded to Visualize Project Manager. Minimally, each updated record should contain the following fields: First name, Last name, Company, Title, Email1, Email2
Once the updated, new email address(s), company name & business title are collected from LinkedIn, the Outlook record for this contact should be manually corrected/updated. The old, outdated info from each Outlook record for this contact should be copied and pasted into the Notes field instead of being deleted completely.
****Initial Trial****
We will set up an initial trial with the selected vendor using 50 contacts. Visualize will evaluate the quality of work after 50 contacts have been updated.
