Contacts Details List Needed -- Data Entry Work - repost

I am looking for someone to generate contact details leads as per the following instructions. Keep in mind, we will re-design those clients website and do their SEO as well--- which is our intention. Our target: Specific business categories in select cities in the USA Business websites that do not look good and are not on Google's 1st page Provide us: Name, Email, Phone Number, Website address Our sales team then follow-up with those contacts to see if they are interested Show me example of work you've done before, this is for capable people only; if you can deliver quality work, I will keep using you; this is basic data entry work Bid for a small start-up amount of leads as a trial; say $30 worth if they are as instructed, then we'll move onto bigger numbers and weekly terms Attached is an example what a provider did for us; we'll need you to put the 'contact details' in that format as well I will provide more details via PMB.
